This is a 1 hour group training session scheduled in the evening to best fit with your busy schedule. This class targets health and wellness optimization through a vehicle of cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance training.
This class is fun, challenging, motivating and will leave you wanting for more. All you need for this class is your sneakers, lightweight comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and water to stay hydrated. If you wan’t registered yet, make sure to do it.
