This is a 1 hour personal training session scheduled in the evening to best fit with your busy schedule. This class provide more flexibility to meet you unique requirements.
This class targets health and wellness optimization through a vehicle of cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance training. If you wan’t registered yet, make sure to do it.
This class is fun, challenging, motivating and will leave you wanting for more. All you need for this class is your sneakers, lightweight comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and water to stay hydrated.
Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have cardiovascular risk factors such as smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes or a family history of heart disease.
