Basketball

Our basketball curriculum is designed to prioritize the health and well-being of young athletes and promote their enjoyment and development in the game. We empower and encourage basketball players to get to the next level of their games while fostering the development of peer relationships, self-esteem, leadership qualities, and physical health.

Our program is opened to male and female players ages 6-18. However, the curriculum is based on the proficiency of players at key skills, and doesn’t depend on their age. We use a developmentally-based progression that depends on players mastering new skills before advancing to the next level. The initial level of our curriculum focuses on the basic fundamentals of the game of basketball, and as players progress through each level, they will be challenged by increased level of difficulty and intensity of the drills.
