Our Zumba program is a fresh and fun way to break a sweat. Think of it as a calorie-burning dance fitness party. The low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves are combining all elements of fitness, such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
The curriculum is open to male and female of all ages, with or without any experience. The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and choreographed dance moves from around the world. Our Instructors teach new original music and dance moves every two weeks to keep classes fresh.
Every day brings a chance for you to draw in a breath, kick off your shoes, and dance.
Plan to move your body even if you don’t know any of our Zumba choreographies yet. All you need is your sneakers, lightweight comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and water to stay hydrated.
